Parking Terms, Conditions & User Agreement

IMPORTANT:
By proceeding with a booking and before making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
This agreement applies whether you are the vehicle owner or booking on behalf of another person.

1. Business & Owner Protection Notice

Euro’s Haven Parking Space provides parking services on a rental-of-space basis only.
No valet service, vehicle handling, or vehicle supervision is provided.

All vehicles are parked STRICTLY AT THE OWNER’S RISK.

2. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable steps are taken to maintain an organized parking environment, Euro’s Haven Parking Space, its owner, and affiliates shall NOT be held liable for:

  • Theft, loss, or damage to vehicles
  • Damage caused by other vehicles, residents, visitors, or third parties
  • Natural events (including but not limited to flooding, earthquakes, fire, storms, or power outages)
  • Mechanical failures, alarms, battery issues, or vehicle defects
  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left inside vehicles

By booking, you expressly waive any claim against Euro’s Haven Parking Space for the above.

3. User Responsibility

By booking a parking slot, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for the condition, legality, and operation of the vehicle
  • Only one (1) vehicle per booking is allowed
  • You will park ONLY in the assigned slot
  • You will follow all parking instructions, including orientation and spacing
  • You will comply with check-in and check-out times

Failure to comply may result in penalties, clamping, reporting, or denial of future bookings.

4. Parking Instructions & Compliance

Parking instructions (slot number, orientation, spacing, and boundaries) are mandatory and provided to ensure:

  • Fair access for all customers
  • Safety and space efficiency
  • Compliance with PMO and property rules

Euro’s Haven Parking Space is NOT responsible for issues arising from non-compliance.

5. Overstay Policy & Penalties

  • Standard check-out time: 12:00 NOON (12NN)
  • Any stay beyond 12NN WITHOUT PRIOR AGREEMENT will incur a penalty of:

₱500 per hour (or part thereof)

Overstaying vehicles may also be subject to:

  • Temporary access restriction
  • Clamping
  • Internal resolution procedures

6. Abandoned Vehicles

A vehicle may be considered ABANDONED if:

  • It remains parked beyond the booking period without communication
  • The registered contact details are unreachable
  • No payment or extension has been arranged

For abandoned vehicles:

  • Euro’s Haven Parking Space reserves the right to:
    • Clamp the vehicle
    • Report the vehicle to PMO / property management
    • Coordinate with authorities if required

All costs, penalties, and consequences remain the responsibility of the vehicle owner and/or booking party.

7. Unauthorized Use & Enforcement

Unauthorized use of parking slots, sharing of access, or misuse of space is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Euro’s Haven Parking Space reserves the authority to:

  • Clamp vehicles
  • Report violations to PMO
  • Deny future access

8. Booking on Behalf of Another Person

If you book on behalf of another person or vehicle, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to accept this agreement
  • The agreement applies equally to the vehicle owner, driver, and user
  • Any penalties, violations, or disputes remain binding

9. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All payments are FINAL once confirmed
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. PayMongo)
  • NO CANCELLATION
  • NO REFUND, including but not limited to:
    • Change of plans
    • Early departure
    • No-shows
    • Booking errors by the user

Any exception is solely at the discretion of Euro’s Haven Parking Space.

10. System Availability & Errors

Euro’s Haven Parking Space is NOT liable for:

  • Website or booking system downtime
  • Internet or hosting interruptions
  • Payment provider delays or failures
  • Errors caused by incorrect user input

Users are responsible for reviewing booking details BEFORE PAYMENT.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service

Euro’s Haven Parking Space reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel bookings for violations or misuse
  • Restrict access for repeat offenders
  • Update services, pricing, and policies without prior notice

12. Legal & Jurisdiction

This business operates under Philippine laws and regulations.
Any dispute shall be resolved under applicable Philippine law.

13. Acknowledgement & Binding Agreement

By proceeding to payment, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood this agreement
  • Agree to all terms and conditions
  • Accept full responsibility for the vehicle
  • Accept the NO REFUND / NO CANCELLATION policy
  • Understand that parking is AT YOUR OWN RISK

This agreement is LEGALLY BINDING on:

  • The booking party
  • The vehicle owner
  • Any driver or user of the parking slot
